  11. Can anyone tell me whether Supra has released the above modem (I'm using 
  12. Windows 95)?  Seems that they have the SupraFaxmodem 288i PnP, Supra 
  13. Express 288 ext. PnP and Supra Express 288i PnP but not this one (I'm 
  14. referring to the PC models).

  16. Decided to get a new 28.8 modem but right here (Singapore), only Hayes 
  17. Optima 288 and the SupraFaxmodem 288 has all the features I want/need while 
  18. being able to detect the local busy tone.  Optima costs more than twice the
  19. price of Supra hence I'll likely go for the Supra but can any Supra users
  20. (of this model) share their experiences with me?

  22. So far, I've read that Supra is not as fast as Motorola Power and USR modems
  23. but it is value for money considering its price for all the features it 
  24. offer.  It's LCD panel seems to impress many while it's support seems good
  25. (from feedbacks in this newsgroup and myself receiving a replies from them 
  26.  in respond to my enquiries within just ONE day)!
